These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tk011 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on tk011, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use tk011. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active tk011 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tk011 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts are prohibited and may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim a single offer, structuring bets to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players, will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

Section 1
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk011 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the tk011 website, mobile browser interface, applications, games, betting markets, and all related services made available at tk011.com.
By creating a tk011 account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
tk011 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule (e.g., a cricket betting rule or a promotional terms document) and these General Terms, the product-specific rule shall take precedence for matters directly related to that product, and these General Terms shall govern all other matters.
- These Terms are written in English. Any translation provided for convenience has no legal standing. The English version is the authoritative version in all cases.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
- tk011's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any promotional offer on tk011. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use tk011:
- Age: You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any court order restricting your ability to do so.

Account Registration

Registration Requirements
- You may hold only one account on tk011. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts is prohibited.

- Acceptable KYC documents include: National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence, accompanied by a recent proof of address.
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated deadline may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
- All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely with SSL encryption.

- Own accounts only: Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash number, bank account, card) that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
- Currency: All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on tk011 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied.
- Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If this is not possible, tk011 may request an alternative verified payment method registered in your name.
- Withdrawal conditions: A minimum of one deposit and one genuine bet must be placed on the account before a withdrawal request will be processed. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering activity is not permitted.
- Verification before withdrawal: tk011 reserves the right to complete KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or those above ৳20,000.
- Processing times: Quoted processing times are estimates and apply during normal operating conditions. During peak periods, high-volume promotional events (such as BPL season), or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. tk011 will notify affected players.
- Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Players will be notified before fees commence.

Bonuses & Promotions
tk011 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside each offer.
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") that must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Example: a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed using the bonus balance.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–50%). Contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
- One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless the promotion specifically permits it.
- Welcome bonus eligibility: The welcome bonus is available to new registered players only, on their first deposit. Players who have previously held an account on tk011 under any name, email, or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
- Bonus abuse: tk011 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts; exploiting technical errors or malfunctions to generate bonus credit; or colluding with other players. Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
- tk011's discretion: tk011 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to determine the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the tk011 platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino, slots, and any other product category. Product-specific rules (for example, detailed cricket in-play betting rules or individual slot game rules) supplement these general rules and are published in the relevant product section of the platform.
- Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your account wallet at the time the bet is placed. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted and no liability attaches to tk011 for such bets.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and product and are displayed at the point of bet placement. tk011 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
- Odds and prices: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. Odds may be offered in decimal format (e.g., 2.50) or fractional format (e.g., 3/2) depending on your display settings.
- Void bets: tk011 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the stated settlement timeframe; there is clear evidence of a pricing error; match-fixing or corrupt activity is suspected; or a technical malfunction results in incorrect odds being offered. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account at the original stake amount.
- Settlement: Bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic fixtures). tk011 uses official results only. Player-disputed results must be raised with support within 72 hours of settlement.
- In-play betting: During live in-play events, markets may be suspended temporarily while play is ongoing (e.g., during a cricket over). Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. tk011 is not liable for delays in market suspension caused by data feed latency.
- Casino games: All casino games on tk011 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, real physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. Game outcomes are final once the round is completed. Any malfunction that causes an incorrect game outcome will result in the affected round being voided and the stake refunded.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using tk011 you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.
You Are Obligated To:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at all times.
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify tk011 immediately of any suspected unauthorised account access.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction related to online gambling.
- Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name.
- Cooperate fully with any identity verification or KYC process requested by tk011.
- Play responsibly and make use of available responsible gaming tools where needed.
Strictly Prohibited:
- Opening or operating more than one account on tk011.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not available to regular users.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any event offered on tk011.
- Using tk011 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk011 staff or other players via any communication channel.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
tk011 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the reasons outlined in these Terms, or for other reasonable cause at tk011's sole discretion. The following rules govern account suspension and closure.
- Voluntary closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting tk011 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to a verified payment method in the player's name, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
- Involuntary suspension: tk011 may suspend an account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, duplicate account activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. During suspension, the player may not withdraw funds, place bets, or access their account history.
- Permanent closure for breach: Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed. Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, tk011 may: (a) refund original deposits only; (b) forfeit all bonus-derived winnings; (c) forfeit the entire account balance; or (d) report the matter to relevant authorities.
- Self-exclusion closure: Players who apply for self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period and permanently closed upon request. - Unclaimed balances: If an account is closed (voluntarily or involuntarily) and the player does not claim their remaining real-money balance within 12 months of the closure date, tk011 reserves the right to treat the unclaimed balance as forfeited after making reasonable attempts to contact the player at the registered email address.
- Right of appeal: If you believe your account has been closed or suspended in error, you may raise a formal dispute by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension or closure notification. tk011 will review all disputes in good faith and respond within 10 business days.
